In A Strait Betwixt Two
June 27th, 2005 · 7 Comments
This morning, before the 5 hour drive back to Presque Isle, ME, I decided to drop in on an old haunt for a cup of coffee, some innocent book-browsing, and a few hours of bible-reading. I arrived about 8:40 am — 20 min. before opening — to find a line of people wrapping around nearly […]

From my Bank of America Card Account page:
(Technically, I transferred half the balance to a 0% APR card, and paid off the other half. This card was at 29.74% APR!!*)
Praise God–one step closer to Wheaton/RTS!

I came across something recently that fits in with this idea so well that I just […]

Funny quote from R. C. Sproul:
“John Calvin wrote–and it was an unguarded statement, to be sure–but he wrote that ‘Babies are as depraved as rats.’ I just wish he never wrote that, it’s one of the few places I disagree…’cause it’s such a gross insult to those rats. (Laughter)…those poor rats are just chasing cheese, […]

Bruce Ware delievered three messages on the Triune nature of God at Desiring God’s most recent Pastor’s Conference, and they’re pretty good. I came across some more free resources online that I thought I’d pass along to you as well:
Full text of Father, Son, and Holy Spirit
Much of God’s Lesser Glory
Full text of God’s Greater […]
